What is one kind of pressure you've felt recently to do something or be a certain way?


Exploration:

There are many sources of pressure in our lives: family, friends, school, the world (like expectations for who you should be based on your gender), as well as pressures we put on ourselves. Could you identify one kind of pressure you personally feel from each of these sources, and what you do in response? Which pressures are you best at handling, and which lead you to feel most stressed? When do you go against a pressure?
